GPM® Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

At GPM, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.


1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for eligible products within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your order details. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only available within this limited window.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the original payment.
  • After seven (7) days, all sales are considered final.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloaded Digital Products: Once a product is downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Courses and Exams: Refunds are not permissible once a course has been accessed or an exam has been started.

3. Monthly Recurring Ambassadorships

Monthly subscriptions for GPM Ambassadorships can be canceled at any time. To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account at  gpmambassadors.org.
  2. Navigate to the subscription section.
  3. Select the option to cancel.

Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and then no further charges will be made.


4. Cancellations Before Download
