GPM® Refund and Cancellation Policy
At GPM, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund for eligible products within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting us at
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the original payment.
- After seven (7) days, all sales are considered final.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Downloaded Digital Products: Once a product is downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Courses and Exams: Refunds are not permissible once a course has been accessed or an exam has been started.
3. Monthly Recurring Ambassadorships
Monthly subscriptions for GPM Ambassadorships can be canceled at any time. To cancel:
- Log in to your account at gpmambassadors.org.
- Navigate to the subscription section.
- Select the option to cancel.
Cancelled subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and then no further charges will be made.
