Why Choose GPM360º?

Built on the renowned P5 Standard, GPM360º enables organizations to benchmark, improve, and certify their sustainable project delivery.

 The Benefits of GPM360º Certification

  • Benchmark with the P5 Standard: Measure project performance against recognized sustainability criteria.
  • Promote Cross-Department Collaboration: Strengthen communication across teams to drive shared goals.
  • Enhance Risk Mitigation: Identify and address sustainability risks early in the project lifecycle.
  • Improve Project Delivery Competence: Drive operational excellence through rigorous assessments.
  • Identify Impacts Early: Detect potential environmental and social impacts from project inception.
  • Support ESG Reporting: Capture reliable, material data for ESG and financial disclosures.

The GPM360º Certification Process

GPM360º evaluates projects at any stage—before, during, or after completion—through a comprehensive, three-step process:

Step 1: Desktop Review

  • Our assessors conduct a detailed review of project documentation, such as Project Charters, Risk Registers, and Sustainability Impact Assessments.
  • Organizations using the P5 Impact Assessment are often better prepared, as their documentation aligns with GPM360º standards.

Step 2: On-Site Detailed Assessment

  • We conduct in-depth interviews and document reviews to evaluate the project against P5 Elements (Product, Process, People, Planet, Prosperity).
  • Each element is scored on a 1-to-5 Likert scale. Projects must achieve scores of 4 or 5 in each element and a total score covering at least 70% of all elements.

Step 3: Validation and Certification

  • An independent validation team rigorously reviews the assessment results.
  • A comprehensive assessment report is produced.
  • Projects meeting GPM360º standards receive official certification, marking their achievement in sustainability and ESG excellence.
