Governance for boards and leadership teams: accountability, decision rights, and disclosure controls aligned to IFRS S1 and S2, the GRI Standards and CSRD. You receive a governance framework, a policy set and a control map that an assurance provider can follow.

Method tailoring
Adapting the P5 Standard and the PRiSM™ lifecycle to your structure, risk exposure and decision model without changing the standard's intent or integrity. The P5 Impact Analysis and the Sustainability Management Plan are built into your templates and gate criteria.
Impact thresholds and regeneration
Setting the thresholds that decide when an impact is material, and the baselines that let you show regeneration as measured enhancement of social, ecological or economic capacity beyond baseline, monitored over a defined period.

PMO and delivery support
Strategize, establish, scale or optimize a PMO that owns sustainability criteria at each gate, aggregates impact across the portfolio and reports a maturity trajectory to the board. Support runs from strategy through to day-to-day delivery on live projects.
How an engagement runs
Diagnose, design, embed, measure.
Every engagement starts with a discovery session and is scoped in writing before work begins. Most follow the same four stages, and each stage produces something you keep.
Diagnose
A baseline of where commitments are applied and where they are not. For project-based organizations this is usually the PSM3™ Sustainability Maturity Index; for the whole enterprise, OSEM.
Design
Governance, method, thresholds and reporting designed against the baseline and your disclosure obligations, with owners named for each control.
Embed
Templates, gate criteria and training put to work on live projects, with the people who own the criteria trained to threshold competence.
Measure
Sustainability in status reporting and closure, adoption counted across projects, and an annual re-assessment that shows the trajectory to the board.

Assets your organization keeps, and can be audited on.
Consulting that ends in a slide deck leaves the delivery system as it was. GPM engagements end in documents, templates, criteria and trained people that stay in place after we leave, and that an assurance provider can test against IFRS S1 and S2, GRI or CSRD.
Where an engagement began with a PSM3™ or OSEM baseline, the same instrument is used to measure what changed.

Why GPM
We wrote the standard we implement.
GPM is the architect of the P5 Standard, now published with the Project Management Institute as the PMI GPM P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management, Version 4.0, and of the PRiSM™ delivery method. Every element of the standard is crosswalked to the SDGs, GRI, TCFD and ISSB, so the governance and methods we install trace to the disclosure regimes your organization reports under.
GPM is a member of the IFRS Sustainability Consultant Content Program, which keeps our advice aligned with the IFRS S1 and S2 baseline for sustainability-related financial disclosure. Our research base draws on GPM Insights surveys of more than 10,000 professionals in 113 countries, and our consultants have delivered work worldwide across energy, finance, property and manufacturing.
Assessments and tailoring are carried out by certified GPM assessors and consultants, held to GPM's own competence standard for sustainability leadership.

How does an engagement start?
With a discovery session of two to three hours to understand your structure, obligations and priorities. You then receive a written scope, timing and team before any work begins.
Do we need a PSM3™ assessment first?
Not always, but a baseline makes the design stage faster and lets you measure what changed. The free PSM3™ self-check is a reasonable first step; a validated assessment is the stronger one.
Do you change the P5 Standard to fit us?
No. Tailoring adapts how the standard is interpreted and applied in your context. Its categories, elements, lenses and intent stay intact, which is what keeps your reporting traceable to GRI, TCFD and ISSB.
How do you work with our auditors and assurance providers?
Every control we design has a named owner and an evidence source, and the P5 crosswalk shows which disclosure topic it supports. We will walk your assurance provider through the control map on request.
Where do you work?
GPM has delivered engagements worldwide. Discovery, design and most training run remotely; assessments and embedding work are done on site where the projects are.
What does regeneration mean in your work?
Measurable enhancement of the capacity of a social, ecological or economic system beyond its baseline, with indicators, a transparent method and monitoring over a defined period. Claims without a baseline are not treated as regeneration.
